Hyperbaric access
Chamber and recovery therapy for those who need it, at no cost to them. The same door that opened this story, held open for the next person.
Restoring the body. Rebuilding the spirit. Rising together.
Health, wellness and healing alternatives, given free to those who need and deserve them, and could not otherwise reach them.
Every cause begins somewhere. This one began with a friend.
Paul. A military veteran, and one of Richard's closest friends. A man who carried more than most of us will ever be asked to carry.
The road back ran through a hyperbaric chamber, and through the people who hold that door open.
America's Mighty Warriors, founded by Debbie "Mama" Lee, whose son Marc was the first Navy SEAL to fall in Ramadi. They fund hyperbaric oxygen therapy for veterans living with traumatic brain injury and post-traumatic stress, and they hold themselves to a rare standard of transparency: nearly every dollar given reaches the mission.
"That kind of got me back on track, by getting him on track."
Helping one friend heal became the work of helping many. Restore to Rise exists to hold that door open wider.
From one friendship, a promise: no one restores alone.
Providing health, wellness and healing alternatives, free, to individuals who need and deserve them but could not otherwise obtain them.
Mentoring, guiding, and giving people a hand up, never just a hand out.
The work starts simple, and it starts now: real therapy, real resources, real people beside you.
Chamber and recovery therapy for those who need it, at no cost to them. The same door that opened this story, held open for the next person.
Holistic health and healing resources, given free to recipients. Body, mind and spirit, treated like they belong to one person.
Someone who has walked the hard road, walking beside you. Help taking your own calculated risks, at your own pace.
The vision reaches further: a place of restoration to give from, and chambers to give away. Phase one comes first, and it comes free.
Be the tugboat that pulls, not the lighthouse that watches.
This page will never carry a number we cannot stand behind. As the first recipients are funded and the figures are verified, they will be stated here plainly, the way the people we serve deserve.
Real numbers only, published as they are verified. Nothing rounded up, nothing borrowed. The people this work serves have been promised enough.
No countdown clocks. No guilt. The story you just read is the whole pitch. If it moved you, there are three quiet ways to stand in it.
Fund a warrior's restoration. One hundred percent of every gift goes to those we serve. Richard covers every administrative cost himself, so your gift never pays for overhead.
GiveVolunteer, partner, or refer someone who needs this. If you know a veteran or a neighbor carrying too much, that referral may be the whole reason this page found you.
Reach outUpdates as the work grows. No noise, no asks in your inbox every week. Just what the mission did with what it was given.
Thank you. We will write when there is something worth saying.

Restore to Rise is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization
Founded and self-funded by Richard Vietor, to pay his lessons and blessings forward.
His goal is for this work to stand on its own, and he prefers the background. The cause is the star here. For the man and the long road behind him, his story lives on its own ground.
